Replay Dota 1 Tournament 2013

I have the following tickets: G-League 2012 The Defense Season 3 Star Series Season IV atoD 2 G-1 League GosuLeague Premier League GEST Dota Star Series Season III Every replay is marked as Unavailable, whether it's the latest of G-League or the first of StarSeries Season 3. Using Wireshark while attempting to access the results from a tournament match as per, shows only a single GET packet regardless of how many match summaries I access (which shows up twice because I booted the game twice during the Wireshark session): I paid good money for these tickets, not only to support the competitive community, but also to allow me to practice play-by-play commentary and casting. The fact that I can't is very upsetting to me.
This problem has persisted for a number of weeks and, to my knowledge, has nothing to do with the quality of my internet connection, which I tested on speedtest.net and testmy.net just now: edit Okay, the expected HEAD packets referencing.dem.bz2 files have appeared. But they appeared while Dota 2 was NOT running. Replays still show up as Unavailable, but I suppose I can manually download them now. I have no idea what's going on.
edit 2 After another attempt of launching the game, accessing a match results page, waiting for Replay Unavailable, then closing the game and waiting 5 minutes, the relevant HEAD packets have not appeared as they did before. I am also having the same problem. I was able to download and watch one game from The Defense 3 earlier today, but I have been unable to download any others a few hours later. Downloading replays has failed in two ways for me: 1.) The 'finding replay.' Message goes for about a minute then switches to 'replay unavailable' OR 2.) The download starts but stays at 0% until failing a minute or so later with the message 'replay download failed; download error: 0' I have been having these issues with The Defense 3 and SEA League.
