Tg Rags Games
So the plan at my job is that they were going to have people work 5 days a week one week (Monday through Friday), and then the next week, work four 9 hour days and 5 hours on Saturday, but get a full day off during the week. Instead, after selling everyone on this plan, they then gave us an entirely different plan: If you work Saturday, then you get an hour long lunch Monday through Friday. As you might imagine, it is not the same thing.
Lily's Games Transformation related text games. RAGS; TFGamesSite. The game is called Reindeer Games, and will involve tg.
- Note that all inhuman transformations are. Transformations; Operating RAGs. AnonymousMan has confirmed that Goo-Girl will be added into the game.
- Games that might be of interest. I used RAGS for TG games a few years ago, but the stories lacked detail and the choices didn't really go to far.
Since I was hoping that that day off would give me time to work on Cursed on something like a regular schedule, the fact that it's fallen through makes things more difficult. That being said, I'm going to make time to work on it in the near future. I just don't know exactly when. (It may be tomorrow, because I am sick as a fucking dog and probably not going to work tomorrow).
I worked more on pregnancy stuff, specifically giving birth. Worked out some of how hospital birth plays out, only two more options to go there. The flow of giving birth is pretty easy, since it's mostly glossed over (no, I will not make you play it out), so really, pregnancy comes down to dealing with the effects building up to birth, and the effects after giving birth, without really going into the details of birth itself. Anyway, the idea with a hospital birth is that you'll be stuck in a hospital room for a few days. You'll have some options to pass the time, like playing with your child(ren) or watching TV, all of which will have a (minor) effect on how you recover from pregnancy. Every day, a doctor/nurse will come by to let you know both how you're recovering and when you can expect to leave. It is, in fact, possible to leave the hospital more healthy than when you came in.

Doctor's Office birth and Home birth will work similarly, but those will both have you confined to your apartment. Well, not YOUR apartment, per se: but rather an apartment that is, in all respects, the same as your normal apartment but with stuff MISSING. Or rather, it'll just be a map of an area that matches your apartment set up specifically for recovering from pregnancy. So don't expect to be able to, say, work on painting or go exercising while recovering at home. Between job training, job overtime, weddings, funerals and repeated bouts of sickness, the last three months have been jam-packed and extremely tiring.
But I'm finally getting to the point of knowing which way is up, thankfully. Sadly my schedule at work is pretty inconsistent.
Literally changes on a daily basis at the moment. The higher ups are looking at something that should be more consistent (and would result in a full day off once every two weeks, which isn't bad at all), but that's still being worked on. Anyway, just a post to say I'm not dead, not yet, anyway, and neither is the game. I have a half day on Thursday that ends at 11am Eastern time, and I'm hoping I'll be able to get a couple of hours of work in then. Possibly stream it. So, I fucked up but good. Turns out Patreon doesn't actually have a 'refund' option.
I'm not sure what to do at this point. Going forward, I've changed it to only charge every update as recommended in a previous comment. If you've pledged and you'd like a refund for the month of May, please contact me at anonymousmangames@gmail.com. I'm more than happy to do it. As for working on the game, I really didn't get any time in May to do it, between new job, new job training, two weddings, a funeral and a family member's retirement part.
It's been busy as hell. My schedule at my new job is mostly settling down, kind of, but there's still a shit ton of training to go through. I'm hoping that once things settle down, I'll be able to use down time at work to brainstorm again, because that's always fun. As for actually working on the game, I'm hoping to get an update out by the end of the month of June.
We'll see how that goes, and I'll keep you updated. Streams will likely be much harder to actually do, since there's not a lot of time to do them, but if I do a stream I'll announce it here, of course.
Tl;dr: Cursed isn't dead. I'm just adjusting to a new schedule.
If you pledged in May and want your money back, contact me. It's been a busy month. Getting up at a specific time, putting on a tie, driving to work, training, all that wonderful stuff. Along with family things and other projects, I just haven't had much time. I just wanted to give a notice: rather than shutting down Patreon intermittently, I'm going to do something different. If there is a month in which I don't spend enough time on Cursed to justify getting paid, all Patreon donations for that month will be refunded. I'm not going to accept money for doing nothing at all.
Not what I'm about at all. Hopefully once my schedule evens out I'll have some more time. Maybe once training ends in 8-10 weeks. I wish I was kidding.
So, the good news is I got the job. Still waiting on my offer letter to show up in the mail, but yeah, nailed it. I start in a week. It's a pretty regular 8 hours a day job, which is also good, because that means I can work on things in my spare time. It does, however, mean that development (which admittedly has been a little slow lately) will likely be slower than expected. If you're doing the whole Patreon thing, please take that into account. The bad news is I got a tick bite on my leg a couple of days ago.
Not serious, but a tick bite can carry disease. I'm keeping an eye on it. I'm not sure why I shared that. It's pretty inconsequential. It's been a busy few weeks, all the stuff that's been going on in my life. I'm hoping that having a job again means that I'll be able to settle down into a routine, which is something I miss.
Having a routine lets me plan out my weeks, instead of having all kinds of time to procrastinate. 'I'll work on it later' is the death of projects in my life.
But yeah, thought I'd share the news. I'm working on Cursed off-camera today, just pecking at it as I go and do other things. Oh, and my birthday is coming up! Which is cool and makes me feel old and I doubt I'm getting anything terribly extravagant. It's been a long couple of weeks. Job interview went well enough that I have a second interview scheduled for tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes. Hopefully well.
A couple of days after the interview, my wife hit her head hard enough to get a minor concussion and ended up staying home from work, which meant I was at her beck and call all last week. Also, it was her birthday, so we did stuff for that too. And then on Sunday I went to PAX East. And it was great! But now I'm sick-ish. It's unpleasant. So the thing I worked on today was a patreon request to have your boss at the business job either notice your unprofessional clothes (rather than being sent straight home), or specifically asking for you to wear something slutty.
The way it will work is, if you wear something that's not professional clothing, you can randomly (20% chance) get sent home as per usual, but if you don't, you still get a job performance negative. There's a chance for your boss to notice your unprofessional attire and comment on it, which could be good or bad, depending on how you react to it. If you're an office girl, then there's a random chance that at the start of your shift, he'll ask you to come into his office and make a request in regards to what you're wearing. You'll have several options in terms of how to reply, but the request is not really a request: he's your boss and you have to do what he says or else suffer a performance loss. It's just the way it is when you're the office slut.
Each time you succeed at one of his requests (i.e. Wear the appropriate article of clothing), then he's happy, you get a performance bonus, and things continue on their normal routine.
But the next time he calls you into his office, he'll have something else he wants you to wear. By the end of it, you'll be expected to wear stiletto heels, fishnet stockings, the slutty secretary outfit, the dildo panties, hoop earrings, and you'd better dye your hair blonde. You can break this chain of events by refusing at any time after the first request (stiletto heels). If you refuse forcefully, he won't make the request again. There's still work to do on this, but it's progress. This week has been crazy.
From having issues with money to scheduling job interviews to things around the house having problems to my computer going batshit crazy for no reason whatsoever. I've been doing some work off-camera, mostly planning without actual programming. A couple of new patreon events have been submitted and put together, with a few new ones in the pipe (if you haven't checked Patreon to see if you won the lottery for March, you should do that), so it hasn't been totally an unworking week, but man, it sure feels like it. I have a job interview tomorrow, so likely no stream or a late stream if there it one. We'll see what happens. But I wanted to keep everyone in the loop. I added a new thing today: basically, once you get to a certain point in a pregnancy, you have the option to call your doctor's office to decide how you want to give birth.
There's three main options: hospital, doctor's office, and at home, and each of those options has three variations. The main concerns when it comes to giving birth are three factors: health effect, recovery time, and baby happiness. The choices you make will affect those three factors.
Generally, the shorter your recovery time, the more detrimental the effect on your health and baby happiness. The more you spend, the better the effects in general. If you don't have enough money, then you can always choose the hospital option (with no variation), and it will take all of your money instead. The other thing I had a thought about today was a laundry system, or rather a system for getting your clothes dirty.
At first, I didn't really want to do that, because it seemed like busywork for the sake of busywork. But then I realized that there's a way to do it that opens up new opportunities. Still working on the details, but the basic idea is that every day you wear a particular outfit, it gets a little dirtier and wrinkled, adding a non-natural charisma penalty. To get rid of it, you have to do laundry. It doesn't take long to do, but the problem is that your apartment doesn't have a laundry cleaning machine, so you have to go to a laundromat. Hey look, chance for new encounters!

Also, what if you don't WANT to go to the laundromat? Maybe there's an apartment that has a washer/dryer hook-up that you can move to? This should fix some other stuff and be relatively clean. Bug Fixes - Bathtub should no longer remove the bath salts option when you still have some left.
The technology channel on the TV should now properly advance time. When you complete the office party job, you'll be transported back to the apartment foyer instead of being stuck forever. The bulletin board now shows your progress towards the reporter job if you're an internet reporter. Tweaks - The chances of getting the wedding or office party as a call girl have been increased.
Not Bugs - Genevieve's dates are not complete. The only date available is shopping at the mall. The 'Spanish Nun' (Sofia) is broken. If you want to get to the convent, use the cheat on the testing item. Clarifications - Save files do not carry over between versions. When playing a new version, you must start a new game.
It sucks, but there it is. When loading a save game, always load the game file first. Click through to enter a male name, then load the save file.
Fenoxo's Games
This should fix any problems that would otherwise occur with name and date issues when loading a save game. (For anyone that's curious as to why this works the way it does, RAGS saves are essentially snapshots of your game state at the time you make the save. When you load the save file without loading the game file, it will load whatever it determines is the essentials of that save file and then sets all other variables and such to their defaults. Loading the game file first sets the variables to their defaults, then when you load the save game, variables are properly loaded.) I'll be back to adding new stuff next week. Mediafire - Mega.NZ.
This should fix the major bugs reported, and adds a couple of things. Bug Fixes - Skills reports and such should be available again. The office party option for the call girl job is now available (it was accidentally locked out). Feature Added - Testing Item now has an option to change your name. It will set your male name, then your female name, then set your current name to your female name. This is mostly a stopgap until I figure out why the hell it's messing up (I blame RAGS).
Mediafire: Mega.NZ. Edit: So, fun fact, I had RAGS crash on me while working on it, but it sure as heck seemed like the file didn't lose anything. Sadly, it did lose something: specifically, it lost several player descriptors.
I'll have to rebuild them (it won't take as long as you think it will, trust me). Hopefully that's the only thing that got lost. Not much to this update, unfortunately. March was a bad month. Major Updates - New Random Event: blowjob offer while traveling (Patreon request).
New Random Event: magician in the park (Patreon request). New call girl job event: office party with male client. New job promotion: Reporter. Minor Updates: - Clothing should now have a description for all clothes and underwear combinations. Bug Fixes: - Many typo corrections.
Special outfit will no longer drain skill points if your skills are maxed out. A bunch of other minor stuff. Note that there's probably some bugs with the new content, especially the reporter job, but we'll see how it goes.
Also, fuck April Fool's Day. I don't do that nonsense.
