I did this on my own thing and it works and you said you have 64 bit so i copyd this Windows Vista/7: 64 bit 1) Download dx8vb.dll from 2) Download SA Cam Hack v1.2 from 3) Place dx8vb.dll into C: Windows sysWOW64 4) Click start go to the search box, type run 5) Right click run, go to Run as Administrator (if the option is there, otherwise just click run) 6) type cmd and open the command dialog 7) type cd c: windows syswow64 7) type regsvr32 dx8vb.dll and wait for it to pop up and say successful Right click cam hack's.exe, and select Run as Administrator 9) Enjoy hope it works for you.
